Extremely Unprofessional – Still Waiting for My Deposit! I had a very disappointing experience at Helloworld 18th Main. The property was poorly maintained with no proper cleaning, and the managers were rude and uncooperative throughout my stay. Now, even after vacating the property over 30 days ago, I have still not received my security deposit, even though their policy clearly states it will be refunded within 30 days. It’s frustrating that they expect tenants to pay rent on time and even fine us for a one-day delay, but when it’s their turn to return our money, they keep us hanging. Would not recommend staying here – extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Previous review-The stay was great. The room and washroom were clean. Electricity, water and wifi availability was good. Review after leaving the pg- the team is very slow when comes to refund of your deposit. There was a month delay because of some ifsc code from my side but didn't informed me till a month.Some extra charges were taken apart from 3000 move-out charges and then some extra charges that they have apparently mentioned in the contract. So please be very aware when it comes to the contract.

It's really bad, the rooms are good, but the service, maintenance, customer service everything is bad. I once talked to an employee of HelloWorld in 2022, when they randomly increased rents by 40-50% with only a week's notice through email, and the guy told me, they can't do anything since the company even stopped giving free tenancy to it's own employees. The higher ups only want to extract money, and don't even care about their own employees, don't expect them to care about tenants

Terrible experience. The company is a scam. Tenants are treated as money squeezing machines. All the policies are bad for tenants and even the customer service is very poor. No proper facilities and 1 room kitchen price they increased from ₹16k to ₹26k in just one year.

Fraud people!!! They increase the rent disgustingly high and then they deduct SO MANY CHARGES for moving out without any reason! This is just a greedy and fraud company. Don't waste your money and peace by living there. I would not at all recommend this place. Go at your own risk.

Lot of electricity fluctuations and water flow inconsistencies. Room mangers (mithlesh & asish)are irresponsive and always delay in proper support & responses. They have a pathetic customer support manger (abhijit)and executive. Rent is too high as compared with the services provided. Also there are payment gateway charges while paying.

Very unprofessional act. Yesterday harassed my friends, a Foreign couple from UK aged 60 or so. First gave different and smaller room. Promised to shift in bigger room next day. Made them wait from morning till night 10 PM. From 9 PM to 10 PM they made them sit and fill all verification forms in the parking area and we did not see any sign of respect or dignity for those two people and I was embarrassed since I had booked the room on their behalf and paying the rent and security. Helloworld did not verify before when I informed them that they are Foreign citizens and when I did the advance booking. And yesterday they asked me to move out my friends in afternoon and when I replied they took that much time to sort it out and had no courtesy for those two people who were waiting since afternoon without having their food since morning and waiting to be shifted to bigger room for which they were promised on 1st November after their arrival and check in to their room. We say Atithi devo bhawah and we just show such behaviors and when these people go back and write negative about our country we do not like. I have been embarrassed because of Helloworld team, service and behavior and stil

I was told that these guys have 2407 power backup... Right from 1st day I've to stay in this sweaty heat everyday for atleast 1-2 hours.. one guy says, the oil is over, the building caretaker says we can't do anything until and unless we recieve the funds. Post 1 week the fuel get's over again and we again have to stick to this heat. I also took this building after going through all these 5 star reviews.

Possibly the worst place to stay, the area manager is absent mostly, no one cares about your problems and maintenance. There's just one functional washing machine, the power plugs are disabled in some rooms. You need to hound the manager for weeks for getting simple things sorted, but still things won't get done. The sink in the kitchenette is terrible and water clogs in it more often than not. Do not fall for the 4 star rating, fair chance it's a scam. I would never recommend this to anyone. For that price, get a pg somewhere for a few months and then get yourself a 1rk/1bhk. My experience here has been so bad, I am out of words!

I recently stayed at Hello World 18th Main, HSR Layout, Co-living,and must say that it was nothing less than what I expected. The room I stayed in was spacious, provided very comfortable atmosphere for relax and stay. Another highlight was the place was quiet and peaceful. There was no disturbance from the other guests. Cleaning service was fine, whenever requested, it was taken care of immediately.
