Please don't go this apartment. I took 1bhk here with lock in period of 6months. Later within 2days we are facing too many issues with cockroach and now this is 4th month still we are facing same issues in this 4 months we faced lot of health issues with this cockroach and even they arranged pest control for 5 times as well still we are getting cockroach because all the apartment in another rooms there are cockroach and they coming to our room. Here wifi you can't able to arrange your own stanza only provide wifi that to limited to 2 devices even that as well no good network. Water issues there and cleaning people are not coming to clean the rooms regular basis if we ask they showing rude behaviour and security guy as well not good. After said all these issues and we are getting mental pissues and severe health issues because of poisoning food, and shared the hospital prescription as well they are not ready to release and our security deposit got blocked there. Even when pest control there that time I kept utensils outside and I lost my cooker and kettle and asked them to CCTV footage but they denied to show the footage . They want me to stay 2 months which makes us more hospitaliz

Worst PG. Everyday there is no electricity, water, and also washing machines are all damaged. Wifi is so slow that it will take 1 hr to download a 1GB file. They never fixed the issues inspite of constant complains. Never fall for Stanza, go for unfurnished or semi furnished flats instead of wasting your money here.

Had stayed here for about half a year. The management and RC are all not responsive enough to the complaint or tickets raised. Also they alter the rules of the app and policy without any notice which they use as a reason to not repay the deposit. Tenants have to fight with them legally for the refund of this deposit.

This place is absolutely disgraceful and completely unfit for human living. The conditions are beyond unacceptable — the entire property is infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, and rats constantly roaming around. It is impossible to feel safe or comfortable here. This PG is one of the worst places you could choose to stay. The entire building is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches, making it extremely unhygienic and unsafe to live in. Despite repeated complaints, the management does absolutely nothing to fix the issue. The management is not only unresponsive but also extremely rude and unprofessional. They show zero concern for the well-being of residents and dismiss genuine problems without any action. Staying here can seriously affect your health—both physically due to the infestation, and mentally because of the constant stress and discomfort. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away. It’s simply not worth the risk.
