“Worst PG experience I have had. Please read the agreement carefully before paying the deposit and do not trust intermediary agents completely. After joining, additional charges were added unexpectedly. Even after vacating, they did not return the full deposit amount and deducted separation/sharing charges without any valid explanation.”

“Lived here in the beginning of 2020 for a couple months, so can't say about the situation right now but I'm pretty sure much wouldn't have been changed. When I saw this place it seemed fine but only after you start living you'll realise how bad it was and how Colive as a company is even worse. They're nothing but money hungry sharks who'll juice you for every penny they can, specially when you want to check out, then they'll show their true dark colors by adding random charges and almost eating up all of your deposit. I had deposited 25k, out of which I only got back 8. Their customer service line for new bookings is always open but not for existing customers, they'll just the cut the call if you say so, even if you are somehow able to reach them, they will talk to you like they are your bosses. If I was free enough, I'd definitely sue these people for running a Scam in the name of a company. Coming to this specific place, it was just horrible. In their Kitchen you could find cockroaches and spiders roaming around everywhere and their fridge and washing machines looked like they weren't cleaned in years. In the room there is no proper ventilation, just a small window which opened u”

“Awful experience... Don't come to their trap... Initially they will act like they are the best pg... They will tell you regarding lot of offers... But day by day, they will show original face... Unnecessary amount they will ask you to pay... And if you will not pay and try to leave... They will send you legal notice... BE CAREFUL AND MAKE YOURSELF SAFE FROM THEM”

Adarsh Nule★★★★★They are doing openly scammes the sales person name saritha call and explain the rent and the deposit the rent will be 3500 and the deposit 5500 and after I paid all the deposit and the rent of the month total 8636 something I have paid including onboarding and the charges and when I visited here and they are saying to pay 1000 deposit more and the rent they are saying 5000 and the rent came adding extra charges water bill and the other charges for only 4 day and ther after I raised the service request for room service they don't come here there is no water in the washroom and the free service request raising available for only 3day of joining after they charge u for that and after I call support team every time they say your query exulated wait for 24h now it's been 20day not solved anything it's totally scamm colive total company Dont come here any colive in Bengaluru

Vikram Abi★★★★★The worst experience I ever had...I reserved room for 2000 2 days before checkin...so I visited the room a day before to check the room...It was not good at all and i told them the room was not good...then they showed me two more rooms which was also same as the first one...so I told them to cancel my reservation and refund my reservation fee...after that time only they told me that the reservation fees was not refundable...so I asked you should have told me this before am paying the reservation...this is not good...likewise...after that they are not responding my calls and being lethargic with me...I still not received my money..

Noushad A★★★★★Current tenant review: "THE STRUGGLE IS REAL" - Water shortage daily atleast once during peak hours which goes upto 2 hours sometimes without water, even they add extra water charges. - Frequent power cuts leads to usage of generator during which lift and wifi does not work properly. This electricity and generator fuel charges are extra to your rent. - Nobody cares about your food as its supplied from vendor and not prepared in this building. Food quality is very low and not at all good. They send food for only some people even if the PG is full. So there's always a shortage and after complaining daily there's no improvement and this goes on. - Hygiene and cleanliness is not upto the mark - Management and maintenance is very bad because nobody actually cares due to non availability of responsibile people at location - Frequent breakdowns of washing machine, water purifier etc - You'll be charged for repairs if there's any in your room or building - This is not a PG like other owner managed. So you'll deal with atleast 1 of them above - Better to choose owner operated Colive PGs instead of this - If you ignore the issues and still chose to stay then "Welcome to Hell" Note: No impro

Aishwarya Ray★★★★★Worst place to stay. There management and services are very bad. They just call you at the time of payment after that they will not pick your call at all. Food is not at all good or hygienic, even if you offer their food to Street dogs they also reject. And Electricity bill is too high. At the time of stay we have given sometimes 1600 or 1800 but when we leave they just prepared a bill of 3k even we left the pg in mid of the month. They are only sicking for money otherwise service is zero. Suggesting everyone that not to prefer this so called "Colive". Only having a big name otherwise zero in everything.

Room amenities are not good and they don't provide anything good. Worst kind of place you can ever stay. Once you leave the room they'll ask for maintenance repair money that they didn't even do repair for. Don't think to live at that place you'll regret living there.

Asish Nayak★★★★★Worst place to stay ever. Every day we faced a lots of issues like food was not good, WiFi was not working properly, water problem was there, floor was very dirty. And very much disappointed with Electricity bill. They just calculate the Electricity bill randomly and for each people they calculate 1500rs to 2000rs. Worst service ever. And at the initial day they told us like food is free for both as they included the amount in Rent. But after 1 or 2 month they just added the extra amount for 2 person. At last when we decided to leave the pg , they told us that they will deduct 10 or 11 days of money for maintenance purpose. But we got the bill of 4700 only for refund where we gave 15000 to them. Still we have not get any amount only we got the bill of 4700. They are just fake. Don't go for this type of fake service.

They’ll only try to get money from you saying some random stuff—no proper food, no water, nothing. You have to pay 2-3k extra other than rent monthly Worse experience I have ever had. They'll ask you to pay $10,000 as security deposit, which you wont be getting back

Viswa Tej★★★★★Its been a month since i moved in and they run out of diesel for generator every time. The water purifier does not work, the water doesn’t suddenly stops and what not…. The only good thing is the caretaker who lives here is kind and the property Manager is least bothered. Don’t waste time and money considering this property.

Meghana Chature★★★★★No property manager and no care taker stays longer as these colive are not paying them and its difficult for us to stay here and regularly facing water issues, cylinder issues. They don't on generator when light goes off, they wrote a condition after 11 no lift facility will be given and still we are facing water issues and theirs no 1 to take care. But these guys need rent on time by adding extra amount but can't resolve problems quickly

Did not expect this from such a standard PG. Very bad experience. Edit : I have already raised service request in colive app. The app is useless. It says expert assigned and yet no one ever called me. The Sales manager Surya doesn't recieve my calls now. The management is just a disgrace.
