Room are okay okay and But beware of the owner 3 class , he' will never try to resolve your issues, the food is terrible, I used to order food almost everyday. I stayed there for almost 10 months , one day he suddenly showed up at by door and asked for a 20% increase in the rent, I tried explaining him to give me some time to adapt to the rent increase as I had my commitments.(as per my knowledge, in any Rental agreement there is a known period, in which the rent cannot be increased and the % cannot be more than 10%) If the current goes off, he'll not start the generator only to save some more bucks, only after insisting by many people he'll start the generator. Worst pg I don't recommend any to stay in pg because food he will never prepare good any for 100 people he will prepare for 50 he tell to wait for 1 hour. And no safe pg things if u lost then u will never get back. Think twice to those this pg

The infrastructure is pretty good, the rooms are spacious and they get cleaned very often. Highly recommend not to go to this pg One of the worst pg in bangalore 1. Rooms wear ok ok will rate 3.9/5 2. Food, i literally spoiled my health due to bad food, they only provide unhealthy food to us , and the manage and his family cook different food for them 3) maintenance ok ok 3.8/5 4) manager is use less he never pick the call or if there's is any issue with net connection he never fix. I never got the net connection, 5) last i never felt it's safe staying there at the time of joining manage never asked any of my details or aadhar proff.

The room is decent and spacious but it won’t be as it is for too long. The owner doesn’t maintains the property if you go and complain for a thing so it will take atleast 2-3 months to resolve. The wifi and the food is horrible. So just don’t judge the pg by its room rest of the things are bad.

Building is new, all kind of facilities are also there, walkable from Manyata. Good PG for staying. Only disadvantage is owner’s honesty, please discuss about security deposit prior and get security deposit before you vacate the PG else he might eat up the deposit. He took 4k from me and my brother, kept us waiting for 4 months and returned only 2k with some silly deduction reasons.

Worst PG in nagavara. If you are lured by the good images then think twice. I've been here and it's not at all good. Owner is the worst didn't even return my advance money and used to ask for rent even before the completion of month. He is also a lier even makes fake God promises. A procrastinator who only makes excuses. You can find better pg than this one near this area. Food is bad like most of the pg in Bangalore. Hope it helps. I suffered a lot here so want to inform everyone

Infrastructure is really good, services too are good. Owner is pretty cool & doesn't interfere in your day to day life. Basic facility including daily cleaning is a plus. The only area where it lags is the food quality which has enormous improvement area. Needless to tell, nobody is looking for a hotel standard food. That's why the stars have reduced, otherwise could have easily given it a 5.
