Consider this PG only after speaking personally to someone who stayed there ever. Better to some one who stayed and left them for whatever reason. Worst experience and a bunch of cheats running the PG. The rooms are overcrowded and they serve unhygienic food. Only during your admission time they talk nicely. Expect them to make you run around for a deposit refund, due to medical reasons in my family, I left the pg early and I told them this all what happened I was there for 15 days due to emergency I left the pg early paid my full rent plus the security deposit, 30thousand they asked to to put vacating notice on 1st I did that to but how they are saying to pay more 1 month rent then they will refund my amount security which is your right to get back, they food they tea everything is very bad, feels like we are in hospital bed plus the the rooms are too small for 17k and no ac I will make sure this pg gets banned and will file a complaint against did Girls fo not stay here

Extremely rude staff, bad quality unhygienic food and good luck getting your deposit back. On the day in which i was going to move out they added 3 different additional receipts i had to present and refused to give my deposit until i gave them. Not once were these mentioned before and the staff was extremely rude to me when I was rightfully unhappy about this. They started asking for gpay screenshots from 2+ years ago and i repeat not once did they mention that id need to show those screenshots or that id have to hold on to them before i gave my notice. They will flat out refuse to let you talk to the owner if you have any issues or complaints. The convenient location is simply not worth the headache the staff and the owner are about to give you.

The management is fraud, i am facing some serious trouble regarding my deposit. I have given them an official notice twice regarding vacating the pg and haven’t stayed in the pg for a single day in june yet they are asking for 16,800 rent and then only they will return my deposit of 30,000. Also the pg is infested with bed bugs that really trouble you. Their management is so poor that after continuously complaining about bed bugs they arranged pest control after 7-8 days and even after that the bed bugs were still there. The food they serve is pathetic and unhygienic, you’ll get sick almost everyday, in our branch there were even insects found in curries and they don’t respond to complaints of the tenants. You’ll be loosing your money by joining this pg, they are a total scam.

It’s the worst accommodation ever. I got food poisoning many times.They are a bunch of frauds who don’t even pay the deposit back. Please don’t believe thier words. They would act like a mafia when you ask money and personal attack you. Don’t ever book this pg . Random men came into the pg while i was staying and tried to open the door. They are not responsible for anything. It’s not at all safe for women.

Only during your admission time they talk nicely. # Expect them to make you run around for a deposit refund # After many excuses and delays they will issue a postdated cheque. # The cheque date can be up to 90-120 days after you vacate. # Expect them to deduct a in of Rs 2000 from the deposit. Consider yourself lucky if the cheque does not bounce. The above comments are from my personal experience after having my daughter stayed there for almost 8 months and vacated due to the pathetic conditions there.

1. Security deposit is one month rent and never returned timely although charge for late payment of rent. 2. Food not hygienic nor enough to serve all PG inmates. 3. In time for girls/ladies at 10.30 pm. The guard doesn't open the main door even after knocking hard post 12 midnight. Not at all advisable for working women. 4. Curtain rods fell for my room once. Almirah mirror never cleaned. 5. Water cooler only on ground floor. People on top floor need to take stairs each time. 6. Parcel gets misplaced at PG. Happened not once but twice to me. 7. Geyser not attached to bathrooms. Difficult to heavy lift bucket full of hot water to room. 8. Very frequent no water supply issues during morning. No water even in washroom. Till date all these problems have not been addressed. Request you to please make an aware and informed decision about the stay at this place.

Please do not consider this PG is my honest advice. Before taking a decision try to talk to some of the inmates or anyone who stayed here, ever. They need one month notice before you vacate, which is justifiable if you consider their business. but on the day you vacate they will not refund your deposit amount. They will ask you to come later. If you have plans to leave the city the same day or in next few days, it becomes a challenge. It may not be practical for you to go back after you leave Bangalore. This is my experience. When I called few of my erstwhile PG mates, I was told that after making you come back few times or after few weeks they will issue a cheque 3 months later dated. Hence my honest suggestion is get first hand feedback before considering this PG

Worst experience. Very bad management. the only good thing is that it was close to my college. that’s it. garbage food. i don’t know how fsssai has even certified it. there are rats in the kitchen and they don’t do anything about it. made so much chaos while giving my deposit back. did a delay of two weeks. there is frequent unavailability of water and power cuts. rooms are confested. not worth the money. please don’t stay here

I don't want to give even a single star . The worst management. These people are literally running a sham . Before leaving I asked them if they would return my caution money . I showed them every payment receipt. They ( ASHWINI ) said ok they will return the deposit at the time of vacating. Then on the day of vacating she said , SANGEETHA ma'am didn't sign the cheque and she will give it tomorrow. Then after a week she literally texted me and threatened me that she will not return the money and I should pay for another month (when I'm not even living in the pg) then only I'll get my deposit back . No one will give you owner's phone number/ details , when she has all the power of giving money and everytime you call , there will be a new person talking. THEY ARE LOOTING MONEY !!! There is no management , everyone blames the other person . There is no security , the security guard is not there half of the days and when he is there , he is mostly sleeping There is no food on Saturday and Sunday . Food is the worst . There is parking space in the mess only . Garbage they are keeping in a mess . The mess bhaiyas stays and sleeps in the mess. The mess is actually a "mess" The lift doesn't

Most horrible stay. No maintenance at all. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere. No cleanliness. The staff is horrible. Does not have a good attitude at all. Doesn't know how to talk politely, hits and throws things when asked for the advance money back. Took days to give it and then still argues. If you want to be happy and if you value your money, please avoid this place at all costs.

I stayed there for 2 month and everything was good but after I left the pg till now its been 2month and 11days still they have not returned my deposit. And when I contacted them and asked about it they keep on saying like "wait pa" I really don't get y it's take this long to get a deposit. By the way I still have not got my deposit back 😒 first I thought I will wait and now I am really upset and really angry. Last thing don't leave the pg until u get ur deposit back

Worst experience for my daughter who booked a room paying security deposit of 2 months which they said is "refundable" unfortunately the next day govt. declared lockdown and she couldn't stay there. She (and myself) were asking them for over 6 months and they kept saying they will refund it and after many months they said they will not refund it. Very unprofessional, have seen many reviews that they do it always from many girls who stayed there. But they would have got it removed from Google now through some "means". If Google does that by removing bad reviews, it may affect the credibility of Google reviews.

This Pg is one of the worst pgs in Bangalore. The pictures posted here of the rooms are not at all how the rooms look. The food is ok but usually really watered down and not nutritious. They create a scene and charge you fine if you are late by 1 day for paying the rent but when it comes to giving the deposit back they will create all sorts of excuses. The washrooms are dirty and the rooms are cramped. The owners have no respect for the tenants what so ever. Each floor has about 14 girls and the Pg in total has about 60 girls.
